Women actually sleep less and worse than men. And not for social, cultural or reasons relating to the organization of family and work. But for biological reasons. A group of researchers from Harvard, Stanford and Southampton Universities have in fact demonstrated that women’s biological clock ticks faster than men’s by about 6 minutes.
