Of the 76 thousand participants only 15 thousand will be able to access the faculty. But the risk of appeals is around the corner
The announcement of the cancellation of the wrong questions to the admission test of Medicine came from the minister of the University, Maria Cristina Messa, after a parliamentary question was also presented on the matter: “I have to be able to make the rankings taking into account the errors and therefore probably canceling the wrong questions or those that are under verification”, Mass said announcing that it is his intention to fix a meeting with “the commissions preparing the tests to be able to give something a little less weak for next year”.
At least four questions that would be wrong ended up under the ministerial lens: these are questions of chemistry, biology, logic and mathematics. Questions, according to the candidates, posed in an ambiguous or inconsistent manner. The 76 thousand graduates who presented themselves to the selections on Friday aim to gain entry not only to the faculties of medicine but also to that of dentistry and dental prostheses. In total the places available are 15 thousand and 200.
The spectrum of appeals – Codacons also intervened on the regular running of the selections on 3 September last, announcing a collective appeal to the Administrative Court of Lazio. “Also this year the tests were characterized by irregularities and violations of the provisions, paving the way for appeals by the candidates who took part in the tests – affirms the association -. As already happened in the past, there are reports about the use of smartphones during the exam, delivery times not respected, anonymity of the candidates violated and deficiencies in terms of the secrecy of the test questions “.
