From 0 to 24:00 on April 27, 11 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were reported in Harbin, including 3 in Nangang District, 2 in Xiangfang District, 2 in Shuangcheng District, 1 in Songbei District, 1 in Daoli District, and Bungalow. 1 case in the district; 1 case of asymptomatic infection was transferred to a confirmed case. There were 7 new cases of local asymptomatic infections, including 3 in Xiangfang District, 3 in Songbei District, and 1 in Nangang District. The above cases were all discovered during the isolation and control period by nucleic acid testing or active screening of key population groups. The newly positive infected persons have been closed-loop transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation observation and treatment. According to the “New Coronary Virus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Program (Trial Version 9)”, the expert group diagnosed confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and asymptomatic infections in combination with clinical, imaging manifestations and laboratory nucleic acid test results. At present, the work of epidemiological traceability, close connection investigation, nucleic acid detection, environmental disinfection and gene sequencing is in progress.
