On October 13, the 2021 National Cyber Security Promotion Week Telecommunications Day theme forum was held in Qujiang, Xi’an. Sui Jing, director of the Cyber Security Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Jiang Guoli, deputy director of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Bao Yongneng, director of the Cyberspace Affairs Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and Gao Cailing, director of the Shaanxi Communications Administration, attended and delivered speeches.
The forum is guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, co-sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Communications Administration and Xi’an Big Data Resources Administration. It is an important part of the series of theme days of the National Cyber Security Promotion Week in 2021. This theme forum is dedicated to the promotion of network security knowledge, improving the awareness of network security and anti-fraud in the whole society, and promoting the construction of a network security line of defense for the whole society.
With the theme of “Anti-fraud and courage to build a strong wall with one heart”, the forum invited China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, China Telecom Group Co., Ltd., China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. , China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd. and other research institutions and well-known domestic network security companies related responsible persons and experts respectively gave keynote speeches on the prevention and control of telecommunications network fraud, 5G applications, intelligent networked cars, etc., aiming to promote and popularize network security knowledge. Improve the network security awareness and security protection skills of the whole society, and jointly build a “firewall” for network security.
