2022 Shaanxi Province Copyright Theme Publicity Event Held in Xi’an

On April 26, the Propaganda Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee (Provincial Copyright Bureau), Shaanxi Daily, Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group, and Shaanxi Copyright Association held the 2022 World Intellectual Property Day Copyright Promotion Theme Activity and the first “World Intellectual Property Day” in Xi’an Qujiang Innovation and Pioneering Park Shaanxi Top Ten New IP Selection” activity. The event will be held offline and live online simultaneously.
Centering on the theme of World Intellectual Property Day in 2022 and Copyright Publicity Week of the National Copyright Administration, this event awarded the national and provincial copyright demonstration units and demonstration parks in 2021, and unveiled the Shaanxi Copyright Association Rights Protection Service Center. The “Top Ten New IPs of the Year in Shaanxi” was awarded, which opened a series of activities such as the on-site display of outstanding IP works in Shaanxi and the pre-sale of digital collections on the Shaanxi copyright trade and protection platform. The event fully demonstrated the fruitful results of the creative transformation and innovative development of copyright resources in our province, and reflected the important role that copyright plays in promoting the high-quality development of Shaanxi as an important social production factor.
The first “Shaanxi Top Ten New IP Selection” activity selected the top ten new IPs in Shaanxi copyright field, such as “Chang’an Unknown Bureau” and “Lai Zi Forest of Steles”, through online voting and expert review, which effectively stimulated the innovation enthusiasm of the whole society. In the 2021 National Copyright Demonstration Unit and Demonstration Park Awarding Ceremony, two units (parks) in our city returned with honors – Xi’an Yisushe Co., Ltd. won the title of “2021 National Copyright Demonstration Unit”, an old steel mill designed The Creative Industry Park won the title of “2021 National Copyright Demonstration Park (Base)”.
It is understood that in recent years, our province has taken the copyright demonstration and creation activities as the starting point, and solidly promoted the demonstration and creation work. A number of advanced models of demonstration and creation have emerged in our province one after another, effectively playing a leading role in demonstration. Shaanxi Copyright Trade and Protection Platform As a carrier, cultivate and incubate high-quality IP, promote copyright transactions, and promote the effective use and value transformation of copyright resources. During the Intellectual Property Publicity Week in 2022, our province will use all online and offline media resources to carry out copyright publicity “six advancements” activities, publish typical cases of copyright infringement, carry out special inspections of “Youth Copyright Protection Season”, and hold “IP Development” activities. A series of publicity activities with rich content and various forms, such as the “Road” Forum, have formed a strong atmosphere of respecting knowledge, advocating innovation and protecting copyright in the whole society.
