A man died in an accident that occurred in the late afternoon in Soleto, in the province of Lecce.
The victim, Fabio Coluccia, 37 years old, was driving a Fiat Punto in the Murica district. He had just left the house when he lost control of the car and hit a dry stone wall. On impact he was thrown out of the cockpit. The rescue efforts of the 118 health workers were in vain. The Carabinieri intervened on site to carry out the investigations. Coluccia was an employee of the company that provides urban hygiene services on behalf of the Municipality of Galatina.
