CAGLIARI. An argument in a bar in Senorbì turned into a brutal beating that culminated in a 52-year-old in hospital and two arrests. Two brothers aged 25 and 26 ended up under house arrest, a 52-year-old employee originally from Orroli in hospital with various injuries.
The incident took place yesterday afternoon. The employee was in a bar in Senorbì and had an argument with one of the two brothers. They exchanged insults and heavy words, then they came to blows. The quarrel seemed to be over. But while the employee was returning home he was joined by the second brother who convinced him to get in the car for a clarification. He took him to Ortacesus in his other brother’s house. The victim did not even have time to get out of the car who was attacked and hit with a glass bottle on the head. Then both brothers filled him with kicks and punches.
The 52-year-old managed to escape, taking refuge in a bar from which he called the carabinieri and 118. The employee was transported to the hospital of San Gavino Monreale. The two brothers were tracked down and arrested. Now they are under house arrest awaiting trial. (HANDLE).
