Journalists in the streets to urge the government to protect the dignity and role of the world of information

AOSTA. Journalists in the square today in Aosta to ask for “a future for information”. The event, organized in conjunction with the principals in progress in many other Italian squares, will see the delivery to the President of the Region Erik Lavevaz of a document entitled “A pact with institutions for the future of information”.

In the Aosta Valley, the event is organized with Asva, the Aosta Valley Press Association. “The battle of the trade union continues – explains a note – with the aim of making the institutions aware of the working conditions of Italian reporters and reporters, so that the government recognizes the role of information also with concrete measures to protect dignity, rights and the protection of operators in the sector. In a phase of restarting and of great uncertainty, the role of information must be recognized by the institutions ”.
