He is responsible for aggravated sexual violence and sexual acts on minors. The accused, currently at large, is defended by the lawyer Nazario Urbano. The victim, a civil party assisted by the lawyer Matteo Sanzani, was heard in an evidentiary hearing to crystallize the accusatory statements.
