The question is a very delicate one. The Extraordinary Administration Fund that is being used (the decree of the Ministry of Labor of July 2021 authorizes it until June 30, 2022) cannot continue beyond the deadline for the execution of the program, i.e. July 15. There is no social safety net that can be attacked automatically: not the Cics for termination that has no longer been financed, not other Cigs (for example that of Article 44, paragraph 11-ter, of Legislative Decree 148/15). whose financial ceiling is limited and can therefore be activated only by ad hoc ministerial measures.

In theory, as of July 15, the procedure should lay off all 235 workers still in force: that is to say, a social bomb.

In Borgo Valbelluna it is hoped that Acc will be helped with the general extension: but – it is stated – a credible and collectable commitment from the Mise is needed.
