Tear within the trade union of the CGIL: contrary to their secretary Bona, the RSU have signed the agreement

BORGO VALBELLUNA. The agreement for the sale of Acc to the Lu-Ve / Est group marks the rift between the provincial secretariat of Fiom CGIL and its Rsu. In fact, the night did not bring advice to the Belluno secretary of the metalworkers’ union, Stefano Bona who on the evening of Tuesday 5 April did not want to sign the agreement and who remained in his position today, Wednesday 6 April.

In any case, by April 15 Sest will have to compile the list of 150 employees who will pass to the new ownership.

The insertions of the 150 former Acc workers will pass into Sixth with predefined intervals: the first 40 will enter by the end of April 2022, the further 30 by January 2023, followed by another 30 by July 2023, and the same number by January 2024 , while the last 20 will enter by July 2024.

Those who pass from Acc to Sest will not have to do the probationary period, furthermore the recruitment will be subsequent to the signing of an individual conciliation report by way of general settlement of employment relationships and to renounce to challenge the agreement.

The socio-institutional Supervisory Board set up a few years in correspondence with the Acc crisis will also remain standing and will have the value of control and monitoring. in the planned transition to Sext in the next two years.

Sest also wanted to add a clause to the agreement in which it highlights that, if it is denied the granting of contribution relief in hiring Acc workers, it will reserve the right to adopt a fair and proportionate remodeling of its industrial plan including the levels of organic.

For his part, the extraordinary commissioner Maurizio Castro will present an application to the ministry to extend the deadline for implementing his program until December 2022.

The final monitoring of the absorption of employment surpluses was set at 31 December 2023 in the Region or in the Mise.
