Agliè. At Villa Sant’Anna, animals give love to the elderly

/ aiè. More than a residence for the elderly, a “farm”, the Villa Sant’Anna farm. Alongside the guests and staff in the Alladiese retirement home, there is now a small army of animals. Outside, in the park’s pond, goldfish and water turtles splash around. The park itself is the kingdom of squirrels, moles (who have fun dismembering all the green lawn), hares, pheasants and what about the woodpecker, the robin, a beautiful pair of blackbirds who have long ago chosen that special place as the their house.
