Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council in Sudan and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabbashi, heralded the approaching hour of victory, and said that the Armed Forces are progressing steadily in all axes of operations and that there are great victories being achieved in the field.
During his address, Lieutenant General Kabbashi called for Eid al-Fitr prayers with the forces stationed at the base of the Hamari area in Rabak locality on the road linking the states of White Nile and Sinnar, in the presence of the governor of White Nile state, Mr. Omar Al-Khalifa Abdullah, and the commander of military operations in White Nile state, Major General Haider Ali Al-Tarifi. The commander of the 18th Infantry Division in Kosti, Major General Sami Al-Tayeb Sayed Ahmed, the state security committee, a number of members of the state government and leaders of government institutions and departments, called on the forces not to pay attention to the enemy’s rumors and lies, and said that this is all a sign of the successive defeats that the rebel militia received on the battlefield.
Kabashi renewed his confidence in God, the armed forces and the Sudanese people in resolving the cursed battle imposed on the nation and the citizen, and his sovereignty pledged to Lieutenant General Al-Burhan that the crocodiles of the White Sea are ready to preserve the security and safety of the country.
Al-Kabashi conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, the assistants of the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief of Staff and his deputies to all officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers and stationed personnel on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
The Eid prayer preacher, Sheikh Muhammad Ahmed, called for the importance of preserving the homeland, steadfastness in principles, and rallying around the armed forces, supporting them and calling for victory. He also called on citizens not to pay attention to the rumors and lies promoted by the rebel militia media and its agents.
