HEAT. Farewell to Aldo Morassutti, the historic owner of the “Da Toni” restaurant in Gradiscutta di Varmo. He died in the early afternoon of Sunday 12 June, at the age of 89, after struggling with an illness.

Morassutti had started to manage the restaurant – which over time became a meeting place for politicians, industrialists, artists and entrepreneurs from all over the region – in 1958 alongside his parents Toni and Palmira who had bought and opened the restaurant in 1928.
