He also spoke, for three days, about “his participation in the victimization against members of the (leftist) Patriotic Union party.”

The former head of the Clan del Golfo, the main criminal gang in the country, spoke in the last three days with judges Alejandro Ramelli and Gustavo Salazar, from the JEP Recognition Room, in the maximum security penitentiary ‘ADX’ or ‘Supermax ‘, from the American city of Florence, in the state of Colorado.

Otoniel, the information added, “indicated links between members of the public force, of politicians at the national and regional level, and of third-party civilians with armed groups to which he belonged”, which are the guerrilla of the Popular Liberation Army (EPL), the paramilitary United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC) and the Clan del Golfo.
