Troops from the Titan Joint Task Force dealt a hard blow against the Baudó substructure of the Clan del Golfo in Puerto Indio, municipality of Alto Baudó.
The uniformed men fought for more than two hours against members of the illegal group, which resulted in one person dying during the military operation, which is being duly identified by the Attorney General’s Office. Likewise, another individual was captured, who was injured. Combat nurses from the National Army provided first aid and managed to stabilize him.
Likewise, with the deployment of this operational strategy, the Military Forces accelerate the weakening of the organized armed group Clan del Golfo, after the seizure of more than 650 units of ammunition of different calibers, three rifles, suppliers and administration and communications material, the which was made available to the competent authorities.
