TRAVERSELLA and in recent days a gallery of the former Traversella mines has been transformed into a set for the filming of some scenes of the film “The Store”, an Italian-Swedish co-production that deals with the condition of European working women in the tertiary sector, with a glance to environmental issues.
The feature film, directed by Swedish director Hanna Ami-Ro, contrasts two parallel and irreconcilable worlds: that of life in a department store and that of the homeless, the so-called “homeless”.
