Anti-drug operation of the Guardia di Finanza of Aosta, 6 under house arrest – VIDEO

by admin

The operation on the sale of cocaine and drugs from Milan and Turin and destined for the Aosta Valley market is called Home Delivery

The Guardia di Finanza of Aosta carried out six precautionary custody orders under house arrest against six people accused of having organized a tried and tested drug dealing circuit in the Valle d’Aosta territory, especially cocaine. Two of them had already been surprised with drugs and arrested in May and April.

Since January, the Economic and Financial Police Unit has kept the drug trade under control, documenting about fifty drug dealing episodes, identifying 25 habitual consumers and tracing back to two supply channels, one from Milan and the other from Turin. Three of the arrested (44-year-old GDN, 46-year-old FV and 56-year-old IG) according to the indictment were in charge of supplying drugs from the Milanese hinterland and the Piedmontese capital to the three Aostans who ended up under house arrest, 48-year-old SR, MA aged 59 and MD of 35, the latter domiciled in the Valle d’Aosta capital.

The operation was called “Home Delivery” because the drug was delivered at home to prevent consumers from running into law enforcement controls during the period of travel restrictions due to Covid-19.

During the operation, the financiers seized a total of 124 grams of cocaine, 103 grams of marijuana and 283 grams of “cutting” substance as well as two precision sling bars and a press used to package the drug.
