ASSEMBLIES. Cyclist overwhelmed and killed by a truck along the highway 130 near Assemini. The accident happened shortly after 1pm. The dynamic is still being rebuilt by the traffic police. The accident occurred at via Piave. The cyclist was probably crossing the intersection when he was run over by the truck, whose driver stopped to rescue him. The firefighters, the 118 ambulance and the strdale police then arrived on the spot. Unfortunately for the cyclist there was nothing to do. Traffic in the area is experiencing severe slowdowns.
