Autovie’s assembly approves the budget, profit at 32.7 million – Friuli VG

‘The transfer to Autostrade Alto Adriatico at the end of June’

(ANSA) – TRIESTE, MAY 15 – The 2022 financial statements of Autovie Venete closed with 32.7 million profits, approved today by the shareholders’ meeting. Revenues from the sale of services amounted to 213 million, (they were 195 million in 2021); of these, 189 million come from tolls (173 million in 2021). On the traffic front, 2022 closed with a +10.6% of transits (+18% for light vehicles and +2% for heavy traffic).

“Steps forward”, adds Autovie, are also recorded in the process of transferring the concession to the entirely public company Autostrade Alto Adriatico and “it is assumed that the takeover report will be signed at the end of June”. During the assembly, Anna Di Pasquale, sole director of Saaa, proposed the list of new board members. On indication of the Fvg junta, given the transitional period, the list sees the current board confirmed, with Maurizio Paniz as president and Tiziano Bembo as vice-president.

As regards the works for the construction of the third lane, in the last 10 years, Autovie recalls, “investments of over one billion” have been made. After having opened 30 kilometers of third lane to traffic in the last two years, the concessionaire is now preparing to complete the stretch between Alvisopoli and Portogruaro. (HANDLE).
