Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) gets a new feature called „Conversational Diagnostics“, which can now be tested as a preview. It leverages the powerful capabilities of OpenAI to take problem resolution to the next level. This feature allows you to enter into a conversational dialog to identify exactly what is wrong with your AKS clusters. You will then receive clear solutions, documentation and diagnostics to solve the problem.
How to access Conversational Diagnostics
Go to your AKS cluster in the Azure portalSelect “Diagnose and resolve problems”Select “AI-powered diagnostics (preview)” to open the chat
The tool can do that
Ask questions about a specific issue your cluster is having, ask for guidance or best practices – the AI will perform relevant checks and provide a diagnosis and recommended solution. Additionally, it can provide documentation for your questions. You can also get a summary of your troubleshooting by telling chat that the issue has been resolved. If you want to start a new investigation, simply select “New Chat”.
How to register for access
To get started, sign up for the Conversational Diagnostics preview in the Diagnose and Solve Problems section. It may take up to 4 weeks for your access request to be approved. Once access is granted, Conversational Diagnostics (Preview) will be available for all AKS resources on your subscription.
