Everyone has their favorite pastry. Someone likes pies, someone likes cakes, others like cookies. Bagels with filling to the taste of many. The filling can be different: poppy, cherry, apple. Today, you can buy bagels in almost any store. But homemade baking is homemade. You always know from which ingredients you create it. And this is very important. After all, only natural, fresh food benefits health. Of course, you will have to make efforts and spend time, but it is worth it.

— It is easy to bake such bagels, — says Ella Ivanova. — And you will get a lot of pleasure from them. Such bagels are ideal for tea or coffee.
Bagels with jam
60 g of orange juice
40 g of oil
30 g of powdered sugar
Orange peel
4 g of baking powder
150 g of flour
Mix all the ingredients for the soft dough and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper. We divide the circle into triangular segments. Place a little jam at the end of the wide part. Form bagels. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
