A man was sent to prison, as the person allegedly responsible for sexually and violently attacking his former partner, in the municipality of Saravena.
According to the investigations, the events occurred on June 28, 2023 in a residence located in the Los Girasoles human settlement, the victim’s place of residence, where the defendant entered violently and sexually assaulted her.
The man was captured in compliance with a court order on a public street in this town on March 1 by uniformed members of the National Police.
Due to these events, the Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendant with the crime of aggravated violent sexual assault, which he did not accept.
