NEW BRAIN FACTORY, an IT Engineering and Capacity Building service company, has been implementing the Orientation, Support, Supervision (OSE) Project since 2021.
The main objective of this project is to create a sharing community which allows all members (pupils, students, graduates, civil servants, etc.) to get out of their comfort zone, to do things differently and to dare a new way of becoming . The OSE project is the armed arm of the NEW BRAIN FACTORY, for the promotion of ICT as a means of developing entrepreneurship.
Several training courses will be organized as part of this project, including introduction to Internet tools, introduction to IT, job search, office automation, Web development, network technician.
To channel and organize the various project activities and ensure the autonomy of the project, the OSE club was set up. The club’s activities are introduction to computers and internet tools, exchange and information meetings, weekly information on professions, entrepreneurs, opportunities, new developments and others, free training, video and PDF resources relating to basic subjects for pupils and students, technological workshops (IoT, AI, ethical hacking, etc.), meetings and exchanges with professionals/company visits, Mentoring training, CV writing, Interviews, etc.
“In business, we look for know-how, it is on this basis that we recruit staff. However, we see that universities train students in knowledge for various reasons. The OSE project wants to be the bridge between the theoretical training (knowledge) offered by universities and the demand for know-how reported by the professional world; supplement the knowledge of students and allow them to have know-how outside of their course. The project intends to achieve this objective through capacity building activities on the basic subjects of students, exchanges with professionals, the organization of practical work, the organization of professional training and many other activities, taking care not to encroach on the school curriculum,” explained
He stressed that members of the OSE club have many advantages, namely the reduction of 10% to 50% on paid training, the reduction on services (purchase of materials, printing, repair), access to rooms equipped for practical tests, free access to paid applications, access to training archives, free provision of books, guaranteed dissertation internships, guaranteed professional internships, automatic assignment of a mentor.
