BORGOFRANCO D’IVREA. A country literally upset. Because Luciano Malisan, 57 years old (he would have turned 58 on 7 July) was a special person. The mayor, Fausto Francisca, the many friends, the world of sport and the Ivrea associations testify to this.
Luciano Malisan died on Monday morning, around 7, at the wheel of his old Fiat Stilo station wagon on provincial 228 in Piverone.
