BORGOMASINO. The photograph that emerges from the long ordinance of the mayor Antonella Pasquale sees a town to be cleaned up if not from top to bottom, at least in some portions of the territory. And in the practical sense of the term: the lack of cleaning interventions in the courtyards of private homes and the accumulated waste are the cause of the proliferation of rats and snakes with a serious risk of consequences for public health.
