The residents of the area protest and appeal to the institutions: “Too many drunk people, prostitution, drug dealing both night and day”
Brawl between bands of foreigners, fleeing residents. According to those who live in the quadrilateral between the station overpass at the beginning of the Terraglio, it would not even be the first time.
On the contrary, a bad turn that has taken the area especially in recent months. So much so that the inhabitants and those who have businesses that overlook the street are exasperated and appeals to the institutions to do something.
Thursday evening a group of foreigners belonging to different nationalities, after having drunk a lot, decided to face each other, for the classic usual reasons: clouded by the fumes of alcohol a lot of hotheads began to give them a good reason, so much so that the people around and the residents, as well as the people who at that moment were quietly drinking something, had to run away in fear. There are even those who have asked for hospitality to the activities that are still open, to take refuge inside. And someone has lowered the shutters ahead of time, for fear of ending up in the middle. “Bottlenecks and improvised weapons pop up punctually” explains those who live in those parts “they drink they drink and then it always ends up like this.” Like Thursday night.
Residents complain of an unsustainable situation: people staying late drinking, suspicious movements, dealing in broad daylight and even at night, prostitution. “We see everything and more” tell the residents of the area “we appealed to the institutions, we asked for help, but the situation is getting worse day by day”. Not only. To protest also those who have a business in the area, and would just like to be able to work in peace, especially given the period. «We are on the outskirts of Treviso, but the deteriorating situation is getting worse. We need a solution, so it is not possible to go on. People are afraid, there are even those who avoid going through here, especially in the evening, for fear of ending up in the midst of fights ».
