“These’four tasks’ are the most important issues at present and for some time in the future.” Chen Fengying, a researcher at the China Institute of Modern International Relations, told our reporter. The “four tasks” are closely related to how to implement the Putrajaya Vision in 2040. It is expected to achieve both symptoms and root causes on common issues faced by all parties, such as fighting the epidemic, stabilizing the economy, and safeguarding people’s livelihood.
“For example, in terms of economic and technical cooperation, China advocates increasing investment to ensure that developing members benefit from it.
