Capresoca EPS announced that it guarantees for its members the provision of gynecology and obstetrics services, the Kangaroo Mother program and emergency care, outpatient consultation and specialists of medium and high complexity, by signing three contracts with the Regional Hospital of the Orinoquía ESE-HORO.
Haison Omar Carrillo Lemus, manager of the Health Promotion Entity, indicated that the negotiation and contracting cycle with the Orinoquía Regional Hospital was terminated, in order to guarantee with the public network several services of great importance for active members. in the Capresoca database.
Carrillo Lemus added that the contract for the provision of medium and high complexity services included in the Health Benefits Plan amounts to 10,800 million pesos, and benefits all EPS users.
The manager of Capresoca noted that they are making all the technical, serious and objective adjustments of negotiation and contracting to guarantee users the provision of services, this being the main purpose of the Departmental Administration in the health sector.
For his part, Arledy Alvarado Patiño, manager of the Orinoquía Regional Hospital, added that: “We are very happy that we have finished this stage of negotiation and contractual process with this institution, which for us is the largest in the department, with the greater number of members. All Capresoca users will be able to continue requesting their appointments through the Call Center that we have at their disposal to manage their services. I am grateful to the manager of this EPS for his willingness, for working with HORO in favor of the health of Casanareños.”
Payment agreement with the public network
Within its commitment to supporting the financial strengthening of the department’s public network, Capresoca has been working on structuring a payment plan that guarantees the cancellation of workers’ salaries and payments to HORO suppliers.
In this sense, Capresoca will make, in the coming days, the payment to the Orinoquía Regional Hospital of pending obligations for services provided to its affiliates, thanks to the formalization of agreements that amount to 12 billion pesos, in accordance with the projection for this year.
