The former councilor of the CSM Piercamillo Davigoaccused for revelation of office secrecy, was indicted by the Brescia GUP, Federica Brugnara, for the matter of the dissemination of the minutes of Amara on the Loggia Hungary. A request, the one against the former prosecutor of the Mani Pulite pool, which arrives by chance on a symbolic day, that of the thirtieth anniversary of the arrest of the president of Pio Albergo Trivulzio, Mario Chiesa, from which the Tangentopoli investigation arose. Davigo will appear in court on April 20 in front of the first criminal section of the Court of Brescia for the start of the trial with ordinary rite.

The hearing of the abbreviated trial for the Milanese prosecutor was also held at mid-morning Paolo Storari, accused of the same crime: it was he who delivered those Amara reports to Davigo in April 2020. A gesture that Storari has always defined as “self-protection” against an alleged inertia in the investigations by the leaders of the Milanese prosecutor’s office: the prosecutors have asked for a sentence of six months for him, the minimum penalty. For Storari, the decision is postponed to March 7.
The lawyer Paolo Della Sala, defender of Storari, explained that the prosecutor acted after receiving from an “important exponent of the Superior Council of the Judiciary” the confirmation of the correctness of his gesture, moreover “compatible” with the regulatory compendium, that is with the circulars of the same CSM. He gesture that “then he found his endorsement in the behavior of other people” who sit in the Palazzo dei Marescialli and of which “none has raised formal objections” to the way in which protection was requested.
