Liliana Elizabeth Iñiguez Cobos has been a teacher for 13 years, 9 of them at the Alonso de Mercadillo School. She is the mother of an 11-year-old boy.

The teacher told Diario Crónica that working in the educational field and being a mother are hard jobs, however, she manages to balance emotions professionally as well as in the maternal role.
In her case, her son studies at the same institution where she works, but she never liked being his teacher, even though she has had the opportunity, and rather prefers that he have the guidance of another teacher; as a mother, she supports him and sustains knowledge.
“He must earn his contribution according to his development and with this we avoid misunderstandings, that is, not because his mother works in the entity does he have more support,” he said.
Mother
Being a mother is the most beautiful thing, even more when you have her close. “I am grateful to God because my mother, Teresa Cobos, 53 years old, is still with us,” she pointed out.
He added that to celebrate his day —although it should be every day of the year— they have prepared some activities to take place this weekend.
At the same time, he greets all mothers, “may the Creator give them wisdom, health and above all the emotional ability to guide and lead the learning of their children,” he expressed. (YO)
