Consult, children must have legal ties with the relatives of those who adopt them

ROMA – Once again, speaking of a ruling by the Council, we can quote the Neapolitan saying “the daughters so ‘piezz’ ‘and core”. And of course they must all be the same and enjoy the same rights. The Court had already said this last year, in two judgments, 31 and 32 on the adoption of homosexual couples, sending a strong warning to Parliament to change all the laws in which, instead, evident discrimination against minors and their rights which are not all identical.
