In Italy, on May 27, another 19,666 cases and 105 victims of Covid were recorded. This was reported by the bulletin of the Ministry of Health. The swabs carried out in the last 24 hours are 198,897, for a positivity rate of 9.9%. Compared to the same day a week ago, when there were 26,561 cases, there is a decrease of 26%. There are 252 patients admitted to intensive care, 10 fewer than yesterday in the balance between entries and exits. Daily admissions are 18. In Abruzzo another 512 cases

There are 2,391 recovered from the virus and 512 new Covid-19 positives, aged between 3 months and 97 years today in Abruzzo. The updated data bring the total of infections, from the beginning of the emergency and net of realignments, to 404,118. The number of positive cases also includes 378,502 discharged and recovered. The death toll of patients recorded 3 new cases, aged between 87 and 96 years. These are 2 deaths of Sars-Cov-2 positive people in the province of Chieti and 1 in the province of Teramo. Throughout the course of the pandemic, the number of positive deaths rises to 3,315. The currently positives in Abruzzo (calculated by subtracting the number of discharged and healed and deceased from the total of positives) are 22,301 (1,882 fewer than yesterday).

The total also includes 2,510 cases involving patients of which there is no news and on which checks are underway. 214 patients (22 fewer than yesterday) are hospitalized in the medical area. 9 people (2 more than yesterday) are being treated in the intensive care units of the hospitals in the region. Another 22,078 people (1,862 fewer than yesterday) are in home isolation. In the last 24 hours, 1,682 molecular swabs (2,323,305 in total since the beginning of the emergency) and 3,738 antigen tests (3,730,229) were performed.

In Sardinia 847 new cases, 3 deaths

In Sardinia there are today 847 further confirmed cases of Covid positivity (of which 726 diagnosed by antigen test). A total of 5333 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 12 patients admitted to intensive care units (1 more than yesterday). There are 170 patients admitted to the medical area (11 more than yesterday). There are 16831 cases of home isolation (962 fewer than yesterday). There are 3 deaths: two women aged 56 and 83, residing in the provinces of Nuoro and Sassari respectively; a 79-year-old man residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari.

Fvg, 277 positives and 3 deaths in the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 277 positivity to Covid were ascertained from 5,162 swabs, of which 77 from 3,149 molecular swabs and 200 from 2,013 antigenic swabs. Specifically, 126 cases were registered in Udine, 32 in Gorizia, 51 in Trieste and 65 in Pordenone; to these are added 3 cases from outside the region. In the last 24 hours there have been 3 deaths, 2 in Gorizia and 1 in Trieste. There are 2 people admitted to intensive care, 100 in the other wards. This was announced by the Central Directorate for Health, Social Policies and Disability of the Region. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Fvg, 378,067 positivity have been ascertained, while the deaths have been 5,100. Finally, the incidence over 7 days (per 100 thousand inhabitants) is 182.
