In Italy, on 30 October, there were 4,878 new cases and 37 deaths of coronavirus in Italy. 477,352 swabs were carried out, for a 1% positivity rate. There is an increase in the number of people hospitalized with symptoms that are 2,707 (+49) while there are 346 hospitalized in intensive care (-3 compared to yesterday), with 20 admissions in the last 24 hours. 4,554,985 are healed (+3,103) and 80,381 are the current positives (+1,737).
Lazio, 538 positives and 8 deaths
“Today in Lazio out of 11,994 molecular swabs and 21,666 antigenic swabs for a total of 33,660 swabs, there are 538 new positive cases (-45), 8 deaths (+2), 376 hospitalized (+6), 49 intensive care (+1) and +398 the healed. The ratio of positives to buffers is 1.5%. There are 235 cases in Rome city ”. This was announced in a note by the councilor for health of the Lazio Region, Alessio D’Amato, at the end of the videoconference of the regional task force for Covid-19 with the general directors of the ASL and hospitals, university polyclinics and the pediatric hospital Infant Jesus of Rome.
Friuli Venezia Giulia, 249 cases and three victims
Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia on 5,476 molecular swabs 249 new infections have been detected with a positive percentage of 4.55%. Furthermore, 17,560 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 25 cases (0.14%) were detected. Today there are three deaths (one in Udine, one in Trieste and one in Pordenone); 12 people are hospitalized in intensive care while 63 patients are hospitalized in other departments. This was communicated by the deputy governor of the Region with responsibility for Health Riccardo Riccardi. There are a total of 3,856 deaths, with the following territorial subdivision: 846 in Trieste, 2,030 in Udine, 683 in Pordenone and 297 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 111,057, the clinically healed 41 and 1,906 people in isolation
In Sardinia 44 cases and zero deaths
In Sardinia there are now 44 further confirmed cases of Covid positivity, based on 1,887 people tested. A total of 6,949 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 5 patients admitted to intensive care units (same number as yesterday). 39 patients are admitted to the medical area (3 fewer than yesterday). There are 1277 cases of home isolation (3 more than yesterday). There are no deaths.
