In the meantime, the council has taken a step forward: a resolution of 22 June, in fact, entrusted the offices to prepare the necessary documents to start a public procedure for the lease of the property for school use, establishing “a monthly amount place on the basis of the tender as the rent of the spaces actually included in the future use, taking into consideration the minimum cadastral value reduced by 90% for the use of kindergarten / integrated kindergarten / nursery school (not for the portion used for school use elementary), taking into account the destination of the property and the social value of the activity “. The mayor replied by explaining the content of the resolution, underlining that he had inherited a tangled situation on the Montessori.
“There have been acts that have not been followed up. Sometimes we found ourselves with our hands tied. It is not a problem of money, but of procedures and acts to be followed, not a political position, but of offices that verify the correctness of the acts ».
The problems began after the Franceschi council decided to grant the school owned by the municipal administration on loan. «The 2012 loan agreement was never stipulated and the problems originated from there. The desire to go towards the association “Let’s make a nest” was not followed up with an act ». «We are satisfied because something has moved. However, we do not understand how you can ask an association that is based on volunteering for compensation for these years of rent.
