Court of Treviso without staff: “Offices open only two hours or every other day”

It was reported yesterday by the FP CISL of Treviso which speaks of “serious shortcomings”, making it known that the records will only be accessible from 10 to 12 from Monday to Friday while until yesterday it was open from 9; and the Office relating to notices of closure of investigations will be open to the public only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 12, while until yesterday it was also open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

«This is a first consequence» explains Emmanuele Viviano, Rsu of the Treviso Public Prosecutor’s Office, «of the serious shortage of personnel that afflicts the Prosecutor’s Office, where as many as 16 out of 42 workers are missing, with a real uncovering of 38%. The Treviso Public Prosecutor’s Office has been suffering for some time with regard to personnel. The state of agitation announced by the workers last May had no effect on the part of the Ministry, “but the situation in the next few months will only get worse”, the CISL denounces.

“In the face of this situation, it appears of vital importance” adds Carlo Alzetta of the CISL Fp Treviso Belluno, “that even in Treviso the administration invests in personnel training, as the Ministry for Public Administration and the trade unions continue to ask. of national bargaining, also in order to guarantee the widest interchange between workers. According to the union, we need a hiring plan that takes into account the real need for staff, and in the meantime activate an extraordinary ruling.
