AOSTA. The toll of deaths linked to the Covid-19 infection in the Aosta Valley worsens.
The regional bulletin of today, May 25, in fact reports the death of a patient in hospital. The total of deaths rises to 472.
In the last day the new positives are 21 and the healed 47 with 552 swabs carried out and 155 people subjected to tests. The current positive cases drop to 258 with 11 hospitalized at the Parini hospital in Aosta (none in intensive care).
Vaccinations
The daily report released by the USL on vaccinations against Covid-19 indicates 1,139 doses administered yesterday, Monday, and in particular 692 first doses and 447 boosters. About 120 second doses inoculated to the elderly over 80, another 160 to people with high frailty and about 120 to patients aged 70 to 79. Over 500 first doses, on the other hand, were administered to patients included in the “other types” category (for example health workers).
