The Municipality of Angera (VA) launches the competition of ideas aimed at creating a logo that summarizes and enhances the image of the territory and the events scheduled in the future.
The graphic product will have to first of all communicate Angera as a tourist and cultural citye support the diffusion of cultural initiatives promoted by its institutions, such as the Archaeological Museum, the Civic Library, the Diffuse Museum and the Palude Bruschera, transmitting the union between tradition and modernity.
It will be original and recognisablewith a highly creative character and a good versatility of use even in small or enlarged sizeswithout loss of readability and communicative effectiveness, on any editorial and promotional solution of both paper and digital nature.
The logo, even if created on the occasion of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Angera Città, will also be used at different times and must not, therefore, include references to the anniversary and the year 2024.
Who can participate
The competition is open to students regularly registered with degree courses, specialization schools post-diploma, Ph.D and master’s degrees in public or private universities, or public or private secondary institutes in the disciplines of: design and arts, advertising graphics, architecture.
You can participate individually or in a group.
Requested documents and how to send applications
In addition to the administrative documentation, participants must send:
4 A4 plates printed on stiff white cardboard containing:
• presentation of the basic idea of graphic creation
• Angera main logo design
• declination of the Angera logo with appropriate description or other graphic solution of the four main municipal institutions: Archaeological Museum, Civic Library, Widespread Museum, Palude Bruschera
• variation of the black and white logo in different sizes with sampling of the fonts and colors used An external storage medium (USB stick or CD Rom) containing the tables in pdf format.

The author of the winning graphic project will receive a prize of 2.000 euro
