Culture Funds of the Municipality of Asunción seek innovative projects 2024

The Municipality of Asunción, through the CulturaASU Funds, is committed once again to the encouragement and promotion of culture in all its forms, contributing to the cultural enrichment of citizens. These funds offer opportunities to promote and facilitate the development of innovative cultural projects.

The call for 2024 presents various opportunities for those interested in contributing to the cultural panorama of Asunción. Among the available categories are:

1. Municipal Fund for the Development and Promotion of the Performing Arts and Festivals.
2. Municipal Fund for Research in Arts and Culture.
3. Teodoro S. Mongelós Municipal Prize for Poetry in Guaraní.
4. Municipal Literature Prize.

Participants must meet specific requirements, including the presentation of an identity card, tax card, proof of residence in Asunción, not owing accounts for previous projects, and presenting a cultural project related to one of the calls. It is essential not to be a municipal official.
