Ifodjè of Atakpamé will have to play his next home matches behind closed doors. This is the decision rendered by the disciplinary committee which was informed of the incidents which caused the interruption of the match of the 5th day of the play-offs which opposed Ifodjè and Étoile Filante last Saturday in Atakpamé.

On Saturday May 4, Étoile Filante de Lomé traveled to the municipal stadium of Atakpamé to challenge Ifodjè from the locality. Unfortunately this match did not come to an end. After the break ended with a 2-1 victory for Étoile, some supporters attacked the refereeing body who decided to end the match prematurely. Seized by the file, the FTF disciplinary committee decided to sanction Ifodjè. As a result, the club from the city of seven hills will now have to play its next home matches behind closed doors. The FTF disciplinary committee also clarified that this decision is temporary and will be subject to an in-depth investigation.
