Yesterday, May 1, around 11:00 am, authorities reported the presence of armed men on the Neiva Castilla road, specifically at kilometer 39+050, belonging to the municipality of Aipe and located in the sector known as the Prague intersection.
According to official reports, the tranquility on Route 45 was abruptly interrupted when an armed group, composed of approximately 10 men, closed the passage on the aforementioned national road. Carrying long-range weapons, the suspects forced the occupants of a truck-type vehicle, Nissan brand, model 2023, gray in color and with identification plates JYL870, to be descended from the same.
It has also been learned that the men who intercepted said truck from an agricultural input company based in Barranquilla were wearing military clothing.

In a quick and coordinated manner, the criminals seized the car and fled with heading towards the tertiary road that leads to Planadasin the department of Tolima.
This fact has generated shock and concern among the local community, as well as an urgent call to the competent authorities to take effective measures to guarantee the safety of the population.
Given what happened, authorities are investigating in order to learn more details that will allow them to identify those responsible for this criminal act that generates anxiety in the community.
