It is in its mission to contribute to the development of the industrial sector in the DRC that the Industry Promotion Fund presented this Thursday, a check for 625 thousand American dollars to the director of the Agency for Special Economic Zones (AZES ). This ceremony took place in front of the Congolese minister, Julien Paluku, who declared the following:

“I supervised the ceremony of handing over a check for 625 thousand US dollars to the director of the Special Economic Zones Agency (Azes) by the director of (FPI). This financing of Special Economic Zones augurs the diversification of the Congolese economy,” he said.

To this end, he threw flowers to the President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, whom he now considers to be the father of the economic independence of the DRC.

For his part, the Director General of the Special Economic Zones Agency indicated that this sum will strengthen the development of Special Economic Zones, reveals the ACP.

For the Director General of the FPI, Bertin Mudimu Tshisekedi, it is on the instructions of the Minister of Industry that the Industry Promotion Fund (FPI) will strengthen its support in the development of Special Economic Zones during this second mandate of the President Félix Tshisekedi, adds the source.
