Drugs at the time of the pandemic: from the sale on the internet to the 39 new substances launched on the market

There is no pandemic that holds: the sale and use of drugs, like clay in the wheel of the lathe, are modeled with the changing times. And if times require isolation in the home due to covid-19, drug dealers and consumers change the way they sell drugs and even the narcotic substance to be placed on the market. To tell all this in a report of almost 600 pages is the latest annual report to the Parliament, on the phenomenon of drug addiction in Italy drawn up by the Department for drug policies of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
