(ANSA) – CATANZARO, 12 OCT – Anti-drug operation in Catanzaro conducted by police and carabinieri, who have executed a precautionary detention order issued by the investigating judge at the request of the district anti-mafia Directorate of the capital.
The restrictive measure concerns 21 people accused, in various capacities, of criminal association aimed at the sale of drugs, theft and illegal carrying of weapons, receiving stolen goods and extortion for facts that occurred in the southern area of the regional capital.
Searches were carried out with the help of canine units in the Roma settlement in Viale Isonzo where drugs were also found and seized. (HANDLE).
