The man was walking in a serpentine direction towards Schnarrenbergstrasse around 3:45 a.m. The patrol stopped him. He had a preliminary breath alcohol level of over 1.7 per mille. His driver’s license was confiscated on the spot and a blood test was ordered. The man is now facing proceedings for drunk driving and the revocation of his driver’s license, including a ban on obtaining a new one.
