The body of a young man, identified as a twenty-year-old Somali, was found in a paper company in Empoli, la Real, a private company owned by Alia, the municipal company that manages urban waste collection. It was discovered around 10.30 by an employee with the task of sorting the paper of the separate collection. It happened when the conianer of the paper was emptied on the square and the lifeless body emerged among the waste.

The paper load came from the separate collection of bins carried out in the municipalities of Florence and Scandicci. According to what has been learned, based on the first forensic inspections, the death dates back to a few hours before the discovery which was around 10.30. The body would show no signs of injury except for a wound at the forehead, which may have been caused by the crane clamp.
In the container where the corpse was, the compacting trucks enter the paper and collect them from the differentiated bins. One of these vehicles had arrived with its cargo in the company this morning. Only the autopsy, which will be ordered by the prosecutor on duty Antonino Nastasi, will be able to clarify the exact causes of death.
