Diodato will be the guest of the first Eurovision evening, scheduled in Turin from 10 to 14 May. It was he himself who announced it during the edition of Tg1 8pm. The Apulian singer will present on the stage of the Pala Alpitour an unpublished version of “Fai Rumore”, the song with which he won the Sanremo Festival in 2020.
“This event represents the strength to amplify the messages of music, to break down barriers and unite peoples”, declared Diodato, who in 2020 due to the pandemic had performed in a deserted Arena in Verona for the Europe Shine a Light, the show that had replaced Eurovision canceled due to Covid-19.
