In Santa Marta, the lack of citizen culture regarding respect for traffic rules continues to be a worrying issue. Recently, EL INFORMADOR cameras captured images that show this problem in the streets of the city.
A clear example of this lack of responsibility is observed on Calle 15 con 2 centro, right in front of the bank building, where a no parking sign is ignored by some citizens. At this location, two motorcycles were seen parked just below the sign, occupying the space designated as no parking.
