Extremist threats to political figures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Web Desk: 15 political figures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have received threats from extremists.
According to Counter Terrorism Department, former Member of National Assembly Mohsin Dawar received threats from extremists.
Former provincial minister Imtiaz Qureshi and Senator Hidayatullah are also included in the list of those who received threats.
Former member of National Assembly of PML-N Ameer Maqam and former MPA of PTI Pirmasoor Shah and Shah Mohammad are also included in the list.
CTD has said that Malik Adnan Wazir and Ehsanullah of JUIF have also received threats.
Extremists have also threatened Senator Bakhti Afsar and Senator Maulana Abdul Rasheed.
According to CTD, the police of all districts have been informed about the threats received by political figures.
CTD has said that the police of the respective districts will provide security to the political figures.
