RAVASCLETTO. He was skiing on one of the slopes of the Ravascletto-Monte Zoncolan ski area when a 23-year-old fell violently with his head and suffered a head injury. The incident happened shortly after 1pm on Saturday 25 December. The alarm went off immediately and help was called.
The condition of the boy, who had decided to spend Christmas in the snow, is not serious: he was transported to the Tolmezzo hospital by ambulance to undergo all the necessary medical checks. The Sores Central of Palmanova had sent the 118 helicopter rescue. State police officers on the slopes also intervened on the spot.
